House Extension/ Remodel in North London
CFGS Block L Roof Garden
Location: East London, UK
Site: Central Foundation Girls’ School (CFGS) is a combination of new build and refurbished buildings. Block L is one of refurbished buildings.
Scope: MAS Perspective provided technical design and documentation as well as contract administration services for all roofs adjoining to the roof garden, louvered enclosures, façade cladding to riser, pergola and the roof garden. MAS Perspective provided services in other areas of Block L, new-build Block C and nearby Phoenix school.

Barking Riverside
Location: London, UK near by Barking town center
Site: Barking Riverside Plot 2.11.1 East is a 64 unit site that is part of a 443-acre brownfield site. The project contains an extensive green roof area which is a key feature and important component of the site sustainability. The project team aimed to receive excellent BREEAM rating.
Scope: MAS Perspective provided technical design and documentation as well as contract administration for all roof surfaces on the project. Similar services were provided for the adjoining site.
